2010: Pictures of the latest Foil Rig.

The Foil Sail Under Construction

The New Foil Sail under construction in the workshop. It is very strong and light.

Adam May approached The Boatyard in January to commission the first ever Foil Sail to fit on his International Moth.

A second Foil Sail is now being constructed at The Boatyard. This will made out of 150gram carbon fibre and we are hoping to reduce this by .5kg.

Adam May is well respected as a Moth sailor and designer. To keep updated, please check out his blog: http://foilborne.blogspot.com/. Adam has some other new ideas for this mast and we are aiming to get it to be used at the Australian worlds in January where we hope it reaches it full potential.
