Breaking news

We are happy to announce that the Boatyard at Beer now have acquired the rights to mould the Streaker class of dinghies from Rooster as we have now finalised a deal with Rooster sailing and will be updating information on the new Streakers for 2016 on the Blog, hopefully next week and will inform the class on prices and all optional extras for the discerning Streaker sailor.  We look forward to dealing with all new Streaker customers when they collect their new boats direct from the Boatyard at Beer.

All boats will be fully rigged outside the workshop for the client when they arrive to collect.

Would you please give me an update on design/ cost of your Streaker hull. Also details /cost of your new foils & would they be compatible with Roster Streaker 1775.
This has proved to be a really good boat, but I am always looking for improvements.

    Best Regards

      Hi John,

We have now built the first 6 Boatyard at Beer Streakers and are planning to do a next batch in June/July the new moulds have had extensive fairing on hull and deck with a new thwart mould and foredeck and deck mould with no joins on the foredeck, due to a split mould, please see new photos, we will forward you the latest price list to your email address and look forward to hearing your reply, the cost of the new carbon edged centreboard is £350.00 which should fit with your old boat, and these are available right now from the Boatyard at Beer, the rudder on the other hand has been redesigned to incorporate an uphaul and we are aiming to get the new tooling done for mid-summer – at present we supply our standard rudder which has been used on all the Rooster boats.

      Regards Kevin.

PS we have one bare hull streaker in stock.
