The Boatbuilders Kevin Driver: Founding member Kevin has been boatbuilding all his life. Previously employed with Rowsell and Morrison and Jon Turner Dinghies, he decided to go it alone and in 1994 inaugurated The Boatyard. His greatest passion is building wooden boats which are constructed to an extremely high standard of quality. He is presently building race winning Salcombe Yawls. Ian Teasdale: Having previously worked as production manager at RMW Marine, Ian has over ten years experience with the entire range of RS dinghies. His wealth of knowledge has helped The Boatyard secure the continual production of Streakers and now Graduates for delivery to Rooster Sailing. Adam Newton: Adam is the third member of the team: extremely reliable and often regarded as The Boatyard's 'Workhorse'. An invaluable member of staff. 2009: Latest News from The Boatyard:

WHAT is this life if, full of care, We have no time to stand and stare? No time to stand beneath the boughs, And stare as long as sheep and cows: No time to see, when woods we pass, Where squirrels hide their nuts in grass: No time to see, in broad daylight, Streams full of stars, like skies at night: No time to turn at Beauty's glance, And watch her feet, how they can dance:
No time to wait till her mouth can Enrich that smile her eyes began? A poor life this if, full of care, We have no time to stand and stare.
